Mitsu Aji Blood

This manga is by Mitsuki, Miko and is also known as Honey Blood. It revolves around a girl named Hinata who one day notices that we have a new next door neighbor named Junya. Junya is handsome, mysterious, a famous writer and…….a vampire!

I kind of get confused on what the people know in this story about beings of the supernatural because in the beginning when people were being killed in a very vampire-like fashion, they thought it was vampires. But, one of Hinata’s friends keeps saying that vampires do not exist. I’m sure her friend isn’t the only one who thinks that. So, it raises the question, do the people in this story know about vampires or not?

Also, when these murders started to take place is the same time that her new neighbor, Junya moved in. So, of course, she was instantly suspicious of him. I also think she was getting curious about him because she was attracted to him. He has a beautiful female editor who comes to see him all the time and at first it looks like they are ‘sleeping together’ all the time. Looks can be deceiving though.

Eventually, Hinata and Junya become a couple (like we didn’t see this coming) and the story continues. I could already tell that the editor didn’t approve of their relationship because she was jealous. I think Hinata should take her jealousy as a total self-esteem boost because the handsome vampire didn’t want the hot and curvy editor, he wanted Hinata. She’s not sexy, I would say that she’s cute or adorable.

Also, Hinata has acquired one of the laziest or most laid-back boyfriend in the world. Other than working on his new book, he eats (drinks her blood), sleeps, teases her or goes out for a midnight stroll. Whenever, Hinata tries to get him to do things that she wants to do, she has to literally drag him out the house in order for him to do it.

Note: I don’t sunlight can kill him, but it does make him extremely weak.

As the story, goes on you’ll find out that more and more about Junya’s past and how it’ll affect Hinata’s future. You’ll have to read this manga to find out. But, I think that their realationship is totally hilarious and adorable.
