Sausage Party

This movie came out just recently and this is the first ever R-rated animation movie. So, that means this is a movie just for adults because it was a different kind of animation movie I had to see what it was about. Basically, this story is about food and the food in the grocery store all think that once their bought and taken to a human’s home, they would be cared for and loved for all eternity. Of course, we all know that’s a load of bull and couldn’t wait to see their faces when they finally figure out the truth.

Anyway, the story is mainly centered around a hotdog named Frank and Brenda, the hotdog bun. Making a long story short they end up lost in the grocery store and are trying to find a way back to their aisle, so they both have a chance of bought together. On their journey though, they see and find strange things that they never seen before. The movie is very funny with a lot of dirty jokes and all. Also, because its animated you kind of don’t expect them to cuss…..at least, I wasn’t. I wasn’t sure about everyone else.

The ending was a bit much for me. I didn’t know what to really make of it. I’m not going to say anything about the ending because I don’t want to spoil it for a lot of you. For me, it was something that I wasn’t expecting for them to put in there, so I didn’t know how I felt about it. I knew the moment that I saw the trailer everyone was going to have a meme field day with this movie especially with the hot dog and the bun. So, if you’re looking to watch an animated movie with funny characters that like to cuss and make dirty jokes then I highly recommend this movie to you guys.
