Hello everybody today I’ll be talking about Prison School. I meant to talk about this one a long time ago but never got around to it. This one was made by Akira Hiramoto which started out as a manga, but later became an anime show.
The story starts out with five teenage boys being admitted to Hachimitsu Academy, but what they didn’t know until they got to the school was that they were the only boys attending the school. Originally the academy was an all girls school until recently when the school decided to become coed and use a group of boys to test out how well that would work.
Kiyoshi and his friends go from shocked to ecstatic for realizing the situation that their in and couldn’t wait for the semester to begin. Boys being boys they end up doing something stupid which was trying to peep on the girls while their bathing and get caught and arrested. Not arrested by the actual police, but by the school police which is made up by the student council of three members.
What the guys didn’t know about the school was that it has very strict rules that are still enforced, even though, the school is trying to change its policy. So, because their so strict instead of getting a slap on the wrist and telling them not to do it again, they are given a choice. Either endure prison school for a month or be expelled.
They ended up choosing prison because of obvious reasons. During their time there, they were basically tortured, humiliated and treated like slaves the whole time. Reiji who is the fat one of the group with a small face takes everything in stride. To him the punishment was heaven even though he was beaten and treated like crap everyday. You can probably tell that he probably thought he was never going to get any action anytime soon so he thought this was probably the closest thing to it.
Poor guy.
Kiyoshi on the other hand wanted to get out of there as soon as possible including the others (except Reiji) . For most of them they just wanted to be free and far away from there as much as possible, but Kiyoshi wanted to get out of there for a whole different reason. He wanted to go on a date that was promised to him by Chiyo who is also the student counsel’s sister.
In this anime, there are a lot of jail type situations like betrayal, love, jailbreaks, etc. It was really funny to watch the guys so everything in their power to get away from these girls. Sometimes, I would feel bad for them until they did something stupid and I would just laugh some more. For you guys out there, if you haven’t watched or read Prison School yet then I suggest you start. Even if you don’t get any enjoyment out of watching these guys squirm then watching a trio of hot girls go around beating them up and putting themselves in compromising positions surely will.
